The IVC Advantage:
Precision Biological Manufacturing

Utilizing advanced In-Vessel Technology (IVC) to ensure 100% pathogen-free, stable biological substrates with full batch traceability.

Powered by IVC Biological Technology certification badge.

Beyond Traditional Composting

While traditional disposal and open-air composting are subject to environmental variables and weather fluctuations, McNabb Broders utilizes a controlled, closed-loop system. We treat organic materials as a manufacturing input—applying rigorous process controls to ensure every batch meets industrial specifications for maturity and biological stability.

Pillar
Technical Detail

Thermal Sterilization

We maintain core temperatures of 131°F (55°C) for a minimum of 72 hours. This guarantees a 100% Pathogen Kill(including weed seeds and E. coli).

Aeration Control

Forced-air oxygen management keeps the material aerobic at all times, preventing methane and ensuring a Fungal-Dominant biological profile.

Data Traceability

Every batch is digitally monitored. We provide the "birth certificate" for your soil—documenting every temperature spike and moisture shift from intake to final screening.
